23 vending machines feature digital technology with corresponding software that provides real-time sales, product reports, and inventory data. The machines are compact units about the size of a refrigerator, with drinks on the bottom, snacks in the middle, and chips at the top. They accept coins, bills, credit card and Apple Pay payments. Roughly 90% of transactions are through credit card or Apple Pay. 14 units are already generating revenue in established locations and 9 brand-new units are in storage, ready to be placed.
